Delaware North Adds Items, Staff For World Series Games In Detroit

Downtown Detroit businesses are being asked by local leaders "to leave their lights on" during Tigers home games in the series. In addition, businesses with LED or ticker boards are being asked to display the message, "Welcome to the World Series, Go Tigers!" Many businesses and civic groups "are making an extra effort in order to put a good face on the city – and attract more business" (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 10/25).
