ABC's Indianapolis 500, Fox' Coca-Cola 600 Both Earn 4.1 Overnight

The Indianapolis 500 and NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Coca-Cola 600 on Sunday both earned a 4.1 overnight Nielsen rating. ABC’s Indy 500 telecast from 12:00-3:45pm ET, which saw Dario Franchitti hold off Takuma Sato for his third win at the Brickyard, was down 5% from a 4.3 overnight last year, but up from a 4.0 rating in '10. Fox' Coca-Cola 600 telecast from 6:30-10:15pm, which saw Kasey Kahne take the victory, was up slightly from a 4.0 overnight last year.
