AEG Entertaining China Clients In L.A. This Weekend At Venues

A group of 15 clients from AEG China are in L.A. this weekend to tour Staples Center, L.A. Live and attend Sunday’s Grammy Awards at the arena. The corporate partners represent, among others, Mastercard, Coca-Cola and Moet Hennessy – three sponsors at arenas in Beijing and Shanghai. Mastercard holds the naming rights to the former Wukesong Arena in Beijing, the basketball venue for the '08 Games. AEG China is developing a third arena project in Dalian that opens in June, and has two other arena deals in the works in China, according to Sam Piccione, the group’s GM of sales.
