Josh Lewin Joining WFAN-AM In Mets Booth Alongside Howie Rose

Former MLB Rangers broadcaster Josh Lewin is heading to WFAN-AM as a Mets announcer, replacing Wayne Hagin in the booth. Hagin has teamed with Howie Rose in the Mets booth since '08. Lewin, who served as Rangers play-by-play voice from '02-10, has a one-year deal to call Mets games. After his "Texas contract was not renewed," he moved to WFAN where he "hosted a daily four-hour talk show" (NYDAILYNEWS.com, 2/9).
