Suns Today Announce Deal Incorporating Samsung Galaxy Tablet

The Suns, Verizon Wireless and Samsung Mobile today announced that the Suns have become the first NBA franchise to fully integrate wireless tablet technology across their business and basketball operations. The team is incorporating the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, powered by the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network, into business development opportunities, client and season-ticket holder presentations, and in-game promotional programs (Suns).
The Suns have "handed out tablets equipped with game video and customized scouting reports to each player." Coach Alvin Gentry "plans to use them during games as well" (WSJ.com, 2/8).
