Centerplate Reports $88.44 Per Cap At Super Bowl XLVI

Lucas Oil Stadium concessionaire Centerplate reported a food and beverage per cap of $88.44 for Super Bowl XLVI. The per cap covers sales in general concessions and premium areas, reflecting total spending of more than $6M on food and drink for paid attendance of 68,658. The average spend falls in line with the record $89 per cap Legends Hospitality Management reported for Super Bowl XLV at Cowboys Stadium. In Indianapolis, Centerplate helped nonprofit groups raise $150,000 through their volunteer efforts at the game. Centerplate will also feed fans at Super Bowl XLVII, where it runs concessions at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
