Johnson said in a press conference earlier today that he will meet with the Maloof family this week to plot out a new arena development strategy. “We are going to find a way to get it done,” Johnson said. “The eyes of the NBA are watching us.” Johnson added that the Maloofs want to see a “clear path to funding” a new arena by March 1. “We are not under the illusion that if we don’t get it by March that we will have another chance,” he said.
