Returning for the 16th year, the Sports Media & Technology (SMT) conference continues to bring together the executives who are shaping the media and sports media landscape. Every year, leaders from broadcast and cable networks, digital properties, leagues, teams and a host of service and technology providers discuss what’s hot and what’s not in the fast-paced world of sports.
The speaker faculty features top level, decision makers who through a series of presentations, interviews and roundtable discussions examine the developments and trends that are impacting their businesses the most. With its thought-provoking content and peer-to-peer networking, it is the ‘must attend’ event of the year for media thought leaders.
Based on feedback we received from attendees, we’re pleased to announce the half-day Monetizing Media Assets Series which will be held in conjunction with this year’s SMT.
The half-day Monetizing Media Assets Series (MMAS) will be held the afternoon of Thursday, November 6. Designed specifically for teams, leagues, media properties and content creators from every corner of the industry, MMAS will take an in-depth look at how sports organizations can better leverage and monetize media assets across linear, digital, mobile, social and audio platforms.
At a time when uncovering new revenue streams is paramount, MMAS will examine how savvy sports properties and other entities are creating premium content, repurposing existing content and developing responsive content across a variety of distribution channels.
