Conference overview
This year, Sports Facilities & Franchises (SFF), considered the industry's most senior meeting on facility and franchise management, is expanding its breadth of content by kicking off with a Ticketing Symposium. Both events are designed for team presidents and CEOs and other C-level executives (CFO, COO, CIO, CMO), as well as vice presidents of key functional areas: facility operations and management, ticketing, premium seating, corporate sales and marketing.
Through a series of case studies and roundtable discussions, the three-day program will focus on best practices and emerging trends in revenue generation, ticketing, mobile applications, facility operations, fan engagement and in-venue technology.
In addition to the conference content, attendees will have ample opportunity to network with industry peers as the program features special events at two of the newest facilities in the metro New York area: an exclusive evening at Red Bull Arena on May 25, when the New York Red Bulls host the Colorado Rapids, and a behind-the-scenes site tour of New Meadowlands Stadium on May 26.
What They're Saying About SFF
“The superior content of SBJ conferences and the stellar attendee list speak for themselves. But, I am particularly looking forward to this year’s Sports Facilities & Franchises show for the opportunity to show off the hospitality of my hometown, Hoboken, New Jersey.”
Rich Krezwick
President
Devils Arena Entertainment
"As venues continue to be upgraded and revamped, conferences like Sports Facilities & Franchises provide a great opportunity to hear about the latest amenities and technologies. The exchange of ideas helps me to keep a pulse on the industry and gives me a chance to network with my peers in a relaxed and casual environment."
Daniel Zausner
Managing Director
USTA National Tennis Center
"The Sports Facilities & Franchises conference was a valuable experience for the Atlanta Braves and me. The conference featured a multitude of industry innovations and gave us a chance to talk first-hand with other sports leaders from around the country. The conference also provides great networking opportunities outside of the sessions."
