Delivery of your subscription will begin 2-3 weeks from the time we receive and process your order.
Any issues concerning delivery (for example, not receiving issues, issues arriving late, damaged issues) should be brought to our attention immediately (please see 'Missed Issues' below). There are many ways we can check on and correct delivery of your subscription. Please contact a customer service representative at 1-800-829-9839 for assistance.
If we are not made aware of any problems we will assume you are receiving your issues each week and that there are no problems with your subscription.
Changes to your account
If you need to change your address during your subscription, click here to link to your account or call 1-800-829-9839 to speak with a customer service representative.
If you drop your class and wish to cancel your subscription, a refund will be issued based on the remaining term of your subscription.
If you do not receive your weekly issue by the following Monday, please contact us and we will send you a replacement copy. All inquiries regarding compensation for missed/late issues (either extending your subscription or mailing missed issues) will take into account the time you noticed the problems up until the time you contacted us.

All of the above applies to SportsBusiness Daily subscriptions, digital subscriptions to SportsBusiness Journal and print subscriptions to SportsBusiness Journal.
Complimentary advance copies are provided to registered professors so that students will have them for class as soon as possible, because it takes approximately two weeks from when an order is processed for the first issue to arrive.
